Brusche Process Technology adheres to the strict guidelines of, for example, the Machinery Directive, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and ATEX. Where relevant, activities are documented according to the relevant laws, regulations and standards.
Electrical and electronic parts of our installations are provided by Brusche Elektrotechniek, which has all relevant approvals and certifications.
CE Standards
Our installations comply with CE standards. Due to the nature of the installation, pilot and demoplants cannot be CE certified as a whole: we assess them with an in-depth RI&E and document them extensively.
De vakmensen in onze werkplaats houden van de afwisseling en de uitdaging die de installaties van Brusche vragen van hun vakbekwaamheid. Onze monteurs plaatsen de componenten en meten het leidingwerk in vanaf tekening. Zij fitten en lassen de hoogwaardige verbindingen. Zij beheersen de benodigde lastechnieken voor onder meer RVS en koolstofstaal, zowel dikwandig als dunwandig, en leveren daarbij de benodigde certificering.
The technicians in our workshop love the variety and challenge that Brusche’s installations require of their skilled craftsmanship. Our fitters install the components and measure the piping from drawings. They fit and weld the high-quality connections. They master the necessary welding techniques for e.g. stainless steel and carbon steel, both thick-walled and thin-walled, providing the necessary certification.
We have an active safety policy (5 times better). Working safely in a safe working environment is a regular topic in all toolbox meetings and work consultations. An LMRA is performed before entering the workplace and before starting work.
Our employees are VCA certified.
