The people behind Brusche Process Technology are driven specialists with extensive experience in their field.
Founders Andy Roeloffzen and Ewald Kosters both have very extensive work experience in the industry. They worked together for many years on various innovative projects, in which they complemented and strengthened each other. Among other things, their vision and collaboration led to the success of a project for CO2 recovery and reuse, which was awarded the 2018 CEWEP Innovation Award.
The need to jointly bring their knowledge to the market and their ambition to contribute to the energy transition and the sustainability of society through innovative process technology led to the establishment of Brusche Process Technology in 2021.
Manufacturing is more than just putting parts together. It’s coming up with ideas, testing principles, and perfecting the engineering, as well as final assembly.
Andy Roeloffzen worked in the waste-to-energy sector for 25 years and specializes in project development and project management.
As a chemical technologist, Andy played a crucial role in the EU-funded project to capture and reuse carbon dioxide from Twence’s waste-to-energy plant in Hengelo: initially within the waste-to-energy plant and then also for commercial use. After realization, the award-winning plant was expanded to include CO2 liquefaction and storage technology. He also managed this project.
Ewald Kosters worked for a long time as a project and operations manager, specializing in innovative process and mechanical engineering projects for various fields of application. Among these were plants for CO2 capture and processing. His broad experience was shaped by the development and realization coordination of large national and international projects.
